SBR Puzzle and Interlocking Floor Coatings

Protective, shock-absorbing and flexible, SBR puzzle and interlocking tiles prevent injuries from falls in children's play areas and anywhere else they are laid. They are cleaner and more hygienic than sand and other playground materials, and can be hosed down or simply left to the rain. Individual tiles lift out, which makes repair and maintenance straightforward.

On walking routes in particular, the tiles make walking easier. Their energy absorption, and the comfort that comes with it, is why we recommend them for footpaths as well.

Interlocking tiles can be laid in indoor and outdoor children's play areas, on cycle paths, traffic training circuits and running and walking tracks, in care homes, children's hospitals and nurseries, in nursing and rehabilitation centres, in classrooms, play areas and walkways designed for disabled users, at shooting ranges, in school and other grounds, at garage entrances and in car parks, on terraces and balconies — and in many other indoor and outdoor settings.

Fillers are mixed into the rubber to give it colour and softness — but the rubber content must not drop below 35%.

The Harmony interlocking range is made from 100% recycled SBR granules, dosed with polyurethane binders and colour pigments and hot-pressed. It is produced in a 20 × 25 cm format in a range of thicknesses.
