Why acrylic courts

Acrylic is a complete flooring system in its own right: decorative, hygienic and difficult to slip on — which is why sports facilities specify it. Indoors or outdoors makes little difference. Bad weather, temperature swings, constant foot traffic, contact with cleaning chemicals: the surface and its colour coat take all of it without deforming. That is what makes it safe to use in either setting.

Acrylic can be laid over asphalt, or over concrete with the correct primer. A build-up of 2–3 mm is all it takes.
